We thank our Customers and Associates for your continued support over the past year and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We wanted let you know when we will be closed over the Winter Holidays, as noted below.



On Friday 22/12/2017 we are open until mid-day 12:00 hours.

Then from Saturday 24/12/2016 until Tuesday 02/01/2018 we are closed, but as always, we're more than happy to help if you need any support during this time via our emergency callout service.



All emergency calls over the Holiday period can be made to our Alarm Receiving Centre on our service call number 01908 658119 to request our duty Technician to attend your call-out request.

This year we are continuing to support our local charity CRANSLEY HOSPICE.

The Purchase of Hikvision Equipment via Grey Routes

Hikvision Notice The following notice has been released by Hikvision UK following Customer attempting to obtain support using equipment purchased via grey routes.

Hikvision have four authorised distributors in the UK and support all customers, but only customers who purchase our equipment through these points of sale.

Hikvision not support online sales, especially Amazon and eBay, which are blacklisted routes to market as they offer no support to the user. Products purchased through these channels are non-authorised, or Grey sales, and are generally imported directly from China.

Chinese products, destined for the Chinese market operate specific firmware, and this is not the same as products provided in the UK. Different technologies are supported in different regions, and there are legislative and technical reasons why this happens.

Hikvision technical support and commercial staff are not familiar with overseas products, and will NOT support them. Any warranty issues must be supported by the point of origin, which will, in this case, be China. Also, any attempt to upgrade the firmware from Chinese to UK will render the units inoperable.

We are recruiting Security Technician/Electronic Technicians to join our existing team now.  If you have experience working to NSI  or SSAIB standards, this will be an advantage.  A working knowledge of Castle Euro, Galaxy Alarms, IP CCTV and Fire Systems would also be desired however full systems training will be on going.
Annual Salary £21K to £27K is subject to experience, with upper limits available for the right person.
This is a full time position, hours of work 0830 to 1730 hrs Monday to Friday with callout and overtime applicable.
A company vehicle, uniform and safety footwear are provided.
Job offers will be subject to an initial five year check of your work history (or back to school).
You should also have a full current UK driving licence.

Avigilon ACC 4 to be replaced with ACC 5

On December 31, 2015, Avigilon will discontinue sales of Avigilon Control Center (ACC) version 4 licenses. Users will still be able to operate their licensed version of ACC 4 after it is discontinued on December 31, 2015, but no new licenses will be available for purchase.
